Each piece is created with care, often made to order or as a one-of-a-kind design. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns on bespoke or custom pieces. 

We will gladly offer a resolution in the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect. If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your piece, including your order details and photographs where possible.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please note that bespoke and made-to-order commissions are final sale once work has begun, as each piece is created specifically for you.

Each fascinator is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Each bespoke creation is made especially for you. Delivery timeframes vary depending on the design and will be confirmed once your commission is placed.

We offer both standard and tracked delivery services. Wherever possible, orders are sent with tracking information.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to take responsibility for delays caused by postal services, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control.

For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
